To apply for the 2025 market season, simply create an account through Manage My Market and apply for the 2025 Bainbridge Island Farmers Market. All vendors including returning vendors must submit an application. To be considered for the spring season, all applications must be submitted by March 1st. Applications received after that point will be reviewed and accepted based on available space and who is already at the market.

Once a profile is created you will be able to select your available dates and make booth space requests.

If your business is not selected for the market, your $30 application fee will be reimbursed.

Are you a non-profit looking for a spot at the market? All non-profits must submit an application and only need to pay the $5 non-profit fee.
